Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and placed back in the original Doutlet packaging.

• 3.
  Courier Pickup

  Our shipping partner will contact you within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep anywhere in Egypt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
